Refund policy

We hope that you love IncredaBrew products as much as we do but if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out to us by email at hello@incredabrew.com or call us at +91-8147373436.

Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We will be happy to assist you in the best way possible.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests must be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

Replacements:
Replacements are applicable only in the following scenarios and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item(s) in the order
  • Manufacturing or quality-related issues

Customers must share clear photos/videos and batch details for internal quality review. Additional information may be requested on a case-by-case basis.

⚠️ We do not accept open returns. Items are collected only for quality verification in approved cases.


Return Pickup & Verification

  • Once a replacement or refund request is approved, a return pickup will be arranged at no cost to the customer.
  • A shipping label will be shared and must be printed and pasted on the return package.
  • A maximum of one shipping label and two pickup attempts will be made.
  • If pickup fails due to customer unavailability or delay, the request request will be automatically closed.
  • In such cases, customers may self-ship the items back at their own cost within 7 days, if they wish to proceed.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unopened (except where the defect requires opening)
  • returned with original packaging and batch details intact

Discarded, used, or partially consumed items are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and reviewed by our quality team.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

IncredaBrew is not liable to process refunds if:

  • the request is raised after 72 hours of delivery
  • the return is not completed within the defined timelines
  • required proofs are not provided
  • items are discarded or unavailable for review

Final note:
IncredaBrew reserves the right to close claims that are delayed, incomplete, or non-compliant with this policy, in the interest of product safety, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
